In January of 2004 A.E.Robinson Oil Co was relocated to 1020 West Main Street in Dover-Foxcroft. At this location was now the main office, a parts and lubes warehouse, and the bulk propane storage tank.
The Sangerville Store was renovated in 2004, doubling the size of the store and expanding on the thriving food service program. This project was completed with only one day of business lost. The doors were closed the day the roof trusses were placed but remained open through the rest of the construction. Later the same year the Irving Mainway location across from the Dover office was purchased. In 2005 DW Cash Fuel in Greenville Junction was purchased and A.E. Robinson Oil opened its first office in Greenville Junction, which was later moved to Greenville into the former Whiskey Cove beside Hammond Lumber. In the spring of 2007 A.E Robinson Oil purchased RH Foster fuel oil business and bulk plant in Greenville. This added local bulk storage, which included a second propane tank, would save considerable time and money versus hauling product from Dover-Foxcroft on a daily basis. In the summer of 2007 the Dover store was renovated adding a full service deli with inside seating. |
