- Founder's Plan:
With this deluxe plan,we take the complete responsibility for your residential heating system, gas or oil fired water heater. A. E. Robinson Oil Co. will repair or replace, at its discretion, all parts necessary including complete replacement of your furnace, boiler or (oil fired) water tank. After a brief inspection by one of A. E. Robinson’s technicians, you can become a member of the Founder’s Plan. The Founder’s Plan will not cover #2 oil or blend used in outside tanks and will not cover antifreeze replacement, or loss of, for any reason. The cost of this service plan is $269.95. Oil tank is not covered. In addition, if you have a furnace and oil fired hot water heater and wanted a Founder’s Plan to cover both units, two separate Founder’s Plans are required. - Home Comfort Plan:
This plan will cover labor and part costs for service calls required on your oil or gas burner and controls during normal business hours. Any service required after normal business hours must be the result of mechanical failure thus causing no heat. Any other service call received during this time period will be billed at the normal rate. The following parts listed below are not covered by the H.C. Plan: Heat exchangers, combustion chambers, programmable thermostats, fuel tanks, #2 fuel or blend used in outside tanks,water tanks, coils and coil gaskets, cleaning of domestic coils, replacement of burners, replacement of furnaces or boiler systems. The plan will not cover antifreeze replacement, or loss of, for any reason. The cost of this plan is $219.95. Please read over general conditions for all items not covered.
- Gas Fired Space Heater or Oil & Gas Fired Water Heater
This plan will cover the labor and parts cost for service calls required on your burner and controls during normal business hours. The coverage is the same as the Home Comfort Plan. The cost of this plan is $119.95. If you would like the entire heater or water tank covered, the Founder’s Plan would be necessary.
All service plans are renewed automatically and include a thorough cleaning and evaluation of your heating system. The following steps are taken to insure clean and efficient operation:
- Vacuum heat exchanger and smoke pipe to chimney.
- Replace all filters and nozzle.
- Lubricate all motors and bearings.
- Regulate oil burner and perform efficiency tests.
- Complete evaluation of heating system.
- Pressure test propane heating systems.
- TankSure Program:
AE Robinson is now providing a valuable and unique service. We call this service our TankSure® Program. We can now monitor and test your Above Ground fuel oil storage tank with our new ultrasonic testing equipment and tank analysis software. This is a first in our Industry and for qualified tanks we will provide you with a $1,000 tank replacement warranty.
The most important aspect of this new Program is that we can inspect your tank each year and will be able to determine when it should be replaced. In virtually all cases the analysis will enable us to replace your tank before it leaks and provide you with the $1,000.

- Skul-Tel Monitoring System
We are now offering a monitoring system for your home or business. This will monitor temperature and product level in your oil or propane tank. If for some reason your heating system fails while you are away for the day,week, or month, your home can be safely monitored and tied directly to our computer system every day of the year. Should the temperature drop or the oil level get down too low, you will be assured that our office will be notified and that a technician will be on the way. The system is easy to install and is very affordable. The annual rental and monitoring fee is $159.95 a year with no installation fee. This can also be included in your budget payment.
- LP Gas Equipment Safety Check
If you are an LP customer, please consider an inspection of your LP equipment to insure peak performance and above all, your SAFETY.
- Budget Payment Plan:
We would encourage you to consider a budget plan for this next heating season. The cost of your service plan, Tank Guard, Scul-tel monitor, heating oil and propane can be spread out over twelve months. The budget plan is convenient and is no added cost to you. All you have to do is make your budget payments by the 10th of each month and A. E. Robinson will give you the lowest cash price plus automatic delivery at no extra cost. And again, our budget customers will have a price cap on all heating oil. You will always receive the lowest price on your oil with payments by the 10th of the month.
